Shipping Policy

Launch Desk Models is operated by Summit Craft Company LLC. Everything in our shop is made to order and printed on demand by our third-party fulfillment partner, Printful, and ships directly from Printful's facilities.

1. Production time (before your order ships)

Because each item is made just for you, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Busy periods, such as holidays, may take a little longer. We'll let you know if they do.
Business days are Monday through Friday, not including US federal holidays.

Orders with more than one item: different items may be made at different Printful facilities, so your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll get tracking for each package.

Delays: if your order won't ship within the time we stated, we'll email you with a new estimate. You can then cancel for a full refund before it ships.

2. US shipping

Total delivery time is production time plus transit time.
We ship to all 50 US states. Available options for PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and US territories are shown at checkout.
Carrier delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
You'll receive a tracking number by email when each package ships.

3. International shipping

We ship to many countries at flat rates from $4.79 to $12.49, depending on the destination. The exact rate is shown at checkout.
International transit varies by country and carrier, and usually takes roughly 10–30 business days after shipping.
Customs, duties, and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. They are charged by your country, not by us, and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. If a package is refused or returned because these fees weren't paid, we can't offer a refund.

4. Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you enter.
If you notice a mistake, email us right away. Production often starts within about 2 hours, so we may not be able to change the address once your order is in production or shipped.
If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it wasn't picked up, we'll contact you. We can reship it once you pay the new shipping cost. Because items are made to order, we can't refund orders returned for these reasons.
We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that the customer provided.
