Welcome to Launch Desk Models. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of launchdeskmodels.com (the "Site") and to any purchase from us. Launch Desk Models is operated by Summit Craft Company LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can buy

There is no minimum age to shop with us. If you are under 18, please get a parent or guardian's permission before ordering.

2. Independent, fan-made products

Independent fan-made products. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by SpaceX, NASA, or any launch provider. All trademarks belong to their owners. Names of rockets, spacecraft, missions, and organizations are used only to describe what a design depicts.

3. Our products

We currently sell T-shirts and coloring books. Everything is made to order and printed on demand by our third-party fulfillment partner, Printful.
Colors may look a little different on screen than in person, and small variations in printing are normal.
We try to describe and show products accurately, but we don't guarantee that every description, color, or image is perfectly accurate or free of errors.

4. AI-assisted artwork

Some of our designs, including T-shirt artwork and coloring-book illustrations, are created with the help of AI image tools and then selected, edited, and arranged by us. Because of this, artwork may have small imperfections, and AI-assisted images may have limited copyright protection. We review our designs to avoid copying other people's work or using logos and trademarks.

5. Production and shipping

Items are made to order and usually take 2–7 business days to produce before shipping. Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Orders, pricing, and errors

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it or ship it. We may limit or refuse any order, including suspected fraud or resale orders.
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Pricing and listing errors: if an item is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information because of a typo or a system error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after we confirm it. Or we may contact you to offer the item at the correct price.
Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other providers offered at checkout.

7. Our intellectual property

The Site and its content belong to Summit Craft Company LLC or our licensors and are protected by law to the extent the law allows. This includes our designs, graphics, coloring-book layouts, text, and the "Launch Desk Models" name and logo. Buying a product gives you the physical item only. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce, or resell copies of our designs. Coloring books are for your personal use, so color away, and you're welcome to share photos of your finished pages and purchases on social media. Tagging us is appreciated.

8. Acceptable use of the Site

Do not misuse the Site. That includes trying to hack it, scraping it, interfering with its operation, posting harmful content, or using it for anything illegal.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo, or feedback, you allow us to use it, without payment, to run and promote our business. If you would like us to remove your photo, let us know and we will remove it from our channels going forward.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Apart from what is expressly stated in our Refund Policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some states don't allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the Site or our products. - Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. - We are not responsible for harm caused by misuse of our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or your rights under consumer protection laws.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, from claims caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Let's talk first. If you have a problem, please email summitcraftco@gmail.com and give us 30 days to try to fix it informally.
If we can't resolve it, either of us may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Otherwise, claims must be brought in the state or federal courts for Boise County, Idaho, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
This section doesn't take away any consumer rights you have under the laws of your home state that can't be waived.

14. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and orders are fulfilled by Printful. Payments, fulfillment, and shipping may also be governed by those providers' terms. If we sell through other marketplaces, that marketplace's terms also apply to orders placed there.

15. Other terms

Changes: we may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
Events outside our control: we aren't responsible for delays caused by things beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier or fulfillment-partner delays, supplier shortages, severe weather, power outages, or natural disasters.
Severability: if any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Entire agreement: these Terms and the policies linked above are the full agreement between you and us about the Site and your purchases.
No waiver: if we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
